Excellent service very happy

We heard uninvited guest around 2 am one morning and called two companies including Trutech. I selected Trutech for two reasons (1) Adrian provided a cost for the visit whereas the other company would have first send someone for an assessment before committing to a course of action I, needed the problem resolved on the first visit and not have it drag on; Adrian gave me confidence that they would resolve the issue on arrival. (2) Even though he had no technicians available that day he promised Jay and Darren would be there 7.30am the next day. As promised Jay and Darren arrived promptly at 7.30am. Jay proceeded to inspect the attic (Footprints were found, but no racoon) while Darren installed a wired enclosure with a one-way door to seal the opening. Explaining that we should listen for noise, and they would be back in two week to seal the enclosure. As promised Darren arrived and after confirming there was no additional noise, removed the one-way door and sealed the enclosure. I would recommend TruTech Adrian, Jay and Darren were a pleasure to deal with and the price was reasonable.

Had racoons in my attic. Darren and Jay came the next business day and fixed my problem. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Well, like many homeowners in urban areas, we had racoons looking to use my attic as an Air B&B, minus the $$ to me. They are smarter than we think and made entry after about a week or so of nightly digging and scratching at the roof vents. I did my diligence and had 3 highly rated companies come to quote the problem. Adrian showed up and was very professional and informative on what they would do to solve the problem and educate me on why it was happening.
