From my very first call, Ann at the front desk was super friendly, efficient, and made scheduling completely stress-free.
When Charles arrived to investigate a squirrel issue in our attic, he was exceptionally thorough and professional. Even though the squirrel had already vacated by the time he arrived, Charles carefully inspected the area, identified the exact entry point at a vent window, and securely sealed it up with durable metal mesh to prevent future visitors.
It’s rare to find such honest, detailed, and prompt service. I couldn't be happier with the peace of mind they provided. Charles is a honest hard working person. Highly recommend TruTech, Ann, and Charles!

I had raccoons in my attic and I called TruTech and they handled my issue so easily. Their prices were great and the technicians they sent, Jay and Charles were phenomenal. I would hire TruTech again in a heartbeat. Very professional, knowledgable and honest.

Jay came to our place today as we are having an issue in our backyard. He explained the options we had and we picked one and he set it up immediately. It's still early to know if it will work, but fingers crossed and we feel better knowing the issue is taken care of.
