Carpenter Ant Removal: Bait and Fog
PRIOR TO TREATMENT INSIDE THE HOME:
- Reduce clutter in the entire residence, especially the infested areas.
- If there are any large or heavy items in the infested areas, please remove them in order to give better access to our technician for the treatment.
- We may need access to the attic or basement areas where possible.
- If we have to fog or spray, please be aware you will need to leave your home for 6-8hrs.
PRIOR TO TREATMENT INSIDE THE HOME:
- If possible remove everything touching the external walls of the house (outside).
- No firewood, lumber, old tree stumps, or any large items within two feet of the building.
- All vegetation and tree branches should be two feet away from the walls.
- No soil up against the siding or foundation of house if possible.
- Reduce clutter outside of the building, Carpenter Ants hide in rotting or damp wood.
- Replace all rotting wood in the house, deck, or landscaping. Remove and clean dead trees and leafs wherever possible.
